As a certified therapist of Behavioural and Cognitive Therapies (CBT), my mission is to accompany each patient on a journey towards mental wellbeing, transforming negative thoughts and maladaptive behaviours into tools for personal growth and resilience. I am determined to demystify mental health care, breaking down taboos and making therapy clear, understandable and effective for all those seeking a more fulfilling life.


A modern approach

My approach is centred on the individual, combining Sociology, Psychology, Psychiatry with a Psychoanalytical and CBT approach. This integrative approach is based on active listening and ongoing collaboration to identify and overcome personal obstacles. Each session is designed to provide a safe and welcoming space to explore thoughts and emotions, and to develop concrete strategies to improve the quality of daily life.

My aim is to normalise the conversation around mental health and make it as natural as looking after your physical health. By adopting a transparent and educational approach, I aim to reduce the stigma surrounding mental disorders and encourage more people to seek the support they need to lead meaningful and happy lives.
