Let's work together to develop the therapeutic programme best suited to your needs

Integrative and holistic approach

I combine the principles of sociology, psychology, psychiatry, psychoanalysis and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT). This method provides comprehensive, personalised support tailored to the specific needs of each individual to ensure the best possible outcome.

Sociology: understanding the social and cultural context

I consider each individual in their unique social and cultural context. Exploring social and cultural influences helps me to better understand my patients' behaviour, beliefs and interpersonal relationships. By including sociology in my practice, I am able to offer therapy that takes account of the social and cultural dynamics that influence daily life and mental health.

Psychology: delving deeper into behaviour and emotions

Psychology is at the heart of my therapeutic approach. It allows me to explore the thoughts, emotions and behaviours that shape each patient's experience. By combining different psychological theories, I work with my patients to identify negative thought patterns and maladaptive behaviours, replacing them with healthier, more positive alternatives.

Psychiatry: taking biological factors into account

As a therapist, I work closely with psychiatrists to ensure that all the biological and medical aspects of mental health are taken into account. This holistic approach ensures that patients receive comprehensive care, incorporating symptom management through psychotherapeutic interventions and, where necessary, medication.

Psychoanalysis: exploring the unconscious

The psychoanalytical approach explores the unconscious aspects of the psyche that influence behaviour and emotions. Through techniques such as dream analysis, free association and the exploration of childhood memories, I work with my patients to uncover unresolved desires, conflicts and traumas that may be affecting their lives today.

Behavioural and Cognitive Therapy (CBT): adopting concrete changes

Behavioural and Cognitive Therapy (CBT) is a fundamental component of my approach, as it focuses on changing dysfunctional thoughts and behaviours through concrete, evidence-based techniques. By using CBT, I guide my patients in learning new stress management, assertiveness and problem-solving strategies to improve their emotional and mental well-being.

Professional coaching and relaxation workshops

Professional coaching: support for personal and professional development

Career coaching is an integral part of my approach, particularly for those seeking to improve their performance at work or achieve a balance between personal and professional life. I help my clients/patients to identify their professional goals, develop leadership and communication skills, and overcome obstacles to career progression. Through targeted coaching sessions, my clients/patients learn to maximise their potential and navigate their professional environment with confidence.

Mental well-being workshops: mindfulness, relaxation and stress management techniques

To complement individual therapy, I organise mental wellbeing workshops that focus on mindfulness, relaxation and other stress management techniques. These workshops offer practical tools to help participants stay present, reduce anxiety and improve their quality of life. Through the practice of mindfulness, for example, participants cultivate a heightened awareness of thoughts and emotions, while fostering an attitude of non-judgement and acceptance. Likewise, relaxation techniques such as deep breathing and guided visualisation help to release accumulated stress and promote a state of inner calm.

A multidisciplinary approach

By combining these disciplines and therapeutic methods, my integrative approach aims to provide a comprehensive framework for understanding and treating psychological challenges. Each patient is unique, and my aim is to tailor therapy to meet each person's specific needs, promoting deep and lasting transformation. I believe that this multi-dimensional approach helps to achieve a balance between body, mind and environment, contributing to overall wellbeing.

How does cognitive-behavioural therapy work?

CBT is structured in 3 stages with a number of sessions generally between 10 and 20, which can be adapted to your pace. You are the main actor in your therapeutic process.

Stage 1

Initial consultation and assessment

You will be asked to answer a few questions that will help me to personalise your therapeutic plan.I will guide you in identifying your deepest motivations, which will help you establish the right strategies to overcome your challenges.

Stage 2

Drawing up a personalised treatment plan and learning techniques and methods

Together, we will discover the different cognitive, behavioural and emotional techniques. As well as relaxation and breathing techniques, which are also used in sophrology, and meditation and mindfulness techniques.

Stage 3

Exposure therapy and application of techniques

This stage consists of therapeutic exposure, which can be applied in reality, in imagination and, in some cases, with TERV or virtual reality exposure therapy. Exposure therapy is generally carried out outside the practice in real-life situations.
